Full Journal pdf2015-04-26 Senate Journal Page 1196 HB 73 Senator Gardner moved and asked unanimous consent that the Senate rescind its previous action in adopting the Conference Committee Report on House Bill No. 73 (page 1191). Senator Coghill objected, then withdrew his objection. There being no further objection, the Senate rescinded its previous action and the Conference Committee Report was before the Senate. The question being: "Shall the Senate adopt the Conference Committee Report?" The roll was taken with the following result: CCS HB 73 Shall the Senate Adopt the Conference Committee Report? Effective Date YEAS: 15 NAYS: 5 EXCUSED: 0 ABSENT: 0 Yeas: Bishop, Coghill, Costello, Dunleavy, Giessel, Hoffman, Huggins, Kelly, MacKinnon, McGuire, Meyer, Micciche, Stedman, Stevens, Stoltze Nays: Egan, Ellis, Gardner, Olson, Wielechowski and so, the report was adopted, thus adopting: CONFERENCE CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 73 "An Act making appropriations for the operating and capital expenses of the state's integrated comprehensive mental health program; and providing for an effective date." Senator Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that the vote on the adoption of the Conference Committee Report be considered the vote on the effective date clause. Without objection, it was so ordered. The Secretary was requested to notify the House.
